As pk;blacklist allows you to blacklist channels for proxying, this suggestion would let you blacklist channels for running commands.

Allow exceptions for Reproxy & Edit in command blacklisted channels bc those are used in convos to fix messages, self-delete, & don’t clog channels like other commands
