Per-member fronting time command, pk;m <name> front time or pk;m <name> ft which would calculate the fronting time for a member who is actively switched into front. Would return something like <member> has been fronting for [x amount of time]

In addition, it could return <member> has not fronted in [x amount of time] if a member is not actively switched in.
