Reproxy “edit” flag that adds a “intended to be sent by X” type footnote instead of resending the message, to help prevent out of order proxies

suggestion: new option for reproxy that edits instead of reposting

syntax suggestion:
pk;rp NAME -edit
pk;rp NAME -embed

function: instead of reposting a reproxied message, edit the message to include a note (or embed if possible) stating the message was intended to be sent as X member instead. i know the actual webhook cant be updated, but an in-message note is the suggestion here

could have a cfg option for doing this automatically if the reproxied message isnt the last message in chat

reason: might help with out-of-order reproxying and reproxying in active chats. could allow the timer for reproxy to be extended
