• The use case that this addresses is to disable auto-proxy in an announcement-only channel to prevent double-pings to mentioned roles while still allowing proxying in threads created for the announcement posts in a server where configuring Discord's server and channel permissions is not feasible because PluralKit needs to be Admin so that new private channels don't have to be configured manually each time.
