allow pk;logclean (or a variant of the command like pk;logclean bots) to work in DMs with PK to call up the list of supported bots that work with PK’s logclean

(would be convenient for servers if don’t care about logclean on/off status in the server, but is more useful for running the command in DMs to just look at the list of bots since the website’s outdated in terms of which specific bots are supported)
