add members to a switch without needing to retype the whole thing, for when a member was forgotten/missed in the original switch command. Can be difficult to copy the prev switch, esp on mobile

iris comment from discord: could do flags like pk;edit for append/prepend to the switch list, and then also new subcommands that create a new switch with an amended list based on the previous switch, because that's not too much effort and satisfies both usecases
