be able to put quote marks around the word new in pk;m "new" commands to make it target an existing member instead of attempting to create a new one to allow for commands on members with the base name of new

ex: pk;m "new" proxy to call up New’s proxy tags instead of creating a new member called “proxy”

Reason for rejection: that would require a substantial reworking of the command parser unfortunately

Workarounds:

• give the member a different base Name (i.e. new or new member) and set their Display Name to New
• use New’s 5- or 6-letter member ID for Discord commands
• use the Dashboard to view & edit New’s information
